Generous donation from the Cambridge Freemasons

Cambridge Freemasons have made a donation to the area’s leading pancreatic cancer support charity, The Elizabeth Coteman Fund. Thirkill Lodge presented the charity with a cheque for £500 to support its work with people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and their families.

Speaking for Thirkill Lodge, Terry Tinkler, said, “The Lodge has a proud history of supporting such causes. We are delighted to be making this donation, which will enable the charity to reach more people who are affected by this brutal disease.”

Laura Coteman, for The Elizabeth Coteman Fund, said, “ We are most grateful for this wonderful donation. The number of families seeking our support is growing all of the time and this gift will allow us to continue responding to this increasing demand.”
